Web Quest

Introduction

Think of something that you have always wanted to do or something that you would like to have. What is preventing you from achieving a goal or getting a prized possession? What do you want your life to be like ten years from now? What will you do to get there? Do you think that it will just happen or do you think that you will need to have a plan and maybe even make some sacrifices along the way? If you are lucky, what you want might “just happen.” However, if you want to have some control over your success and where you are headed, you might consider setting a goal and developing an action plan.

In this exercise, you will read about goal setting and some people who reached goals that they wanted for their lives. Then, you will think about a goal that is important to you and create a plan for reaching that goal.
