At the beginning of the Odyssey, the main character Odysseus has been traveling for about twenty years. Imagine that you are leaving today on a journey and will not return to your home and family for twenty years. What would coming back be like? What sort of difficulties might you have? Write a journal entry about your first day back after your twenty-year journey.
