The Raven

In this poem, the narrator mourns the loss of his beloved. His grieving—and a raven—eventually cause his descent into madness. Think of something or someone that you’ve lost or that you miss. Write a poem about what you lost and how the loss affected your life. Then follow up your poem with advice on how to deal with loss.
