In a Station of the Metro and A Pact

In both poems, Ezra Pound uses imagery, which is descriptive language that appeals to one or more of the five senses: sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. These sensory details help create an emotional response in the reader. Think of an experience you’ve had that is vivid in your memory. Write a poem in which you use imagery throughout. Examine how Pound uses this literary element and use his writing as a model.
