Sonnet XII
Using the Petrarch poem as a model, write a sonnet in which the first eight lines describe a problem or question and the last six lines present a resolution or an answer. Remember a Petrarchan sonnet is made up of fourteen lines divided into two stanzas with the first eight lines using an abbaabba rhyme scheme and the following six lines using a cdecde rhyme scheme. You can use a situation from your life or make one up in your imagination as the topic.
