The Force of Luck

At the end of "The Force of Luck," the miller is very successful. He has his own mill and a vacation house for his family. Success can come in many forms. Some people are successful at their jobs; some people are successful at raising a family; some people are successful in their efforts to change their neighborhoods or towns for the better.

Do you know anyone who is very successful? Think about one person that you know who is successful. Write a paragraph about why you think this person is successful. What qualities does he or she have that have made him or her successful?
