Outdoor Art in America

Do you have a favorite piece of outdoor art, such as a mural or a sculpture, in your community? Write a few paragraphs about this piece of art. Tell what it is, where it is located, what it looks like, and why it is important to you. Research the history of the piece as best you can. Find out why it was made and who made it. If your community does not have public art, write a letter to your newspaper arguing for the creation of a piece of outdoor art.
