Although her experience is particularly difficult, most people also have experienced loneliness, stress, or sadness. Write a journal entry about a day when you faced a difficult problem, such as fighting with a friend. Be sure to note what caused the problem and how you reacted to it. Like Alcott, you can add interest to your entry by writing down parts of conversations that you had.
