If you experience problems viewing the PowerPoint presentation, you may need to adjust your "View Options" in "Windows Explorer."
To do this in Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, or Microsoft Windows NT 4, follow these steps:
- Open "Windows Explorer."
- On the toolbar located at the top of your browser window, click "Tools" and "Folder Options."
- Choose the "View Types" tab. Under "Registered file types," scroll to the "PowerPoint" extension PPT, highlight it, and click the "Edit" button.
- In the "Edit File Type" box, make sure the "Browse in Same Window," at the bottom of the dialog box, is checked (enabled). Click "OK" at the bottom and return to the browser. Refresh the browser and click the PowerPoint Presentation link.
To do this in Windows 2000, follow these steps:
- Open "Windows Explorer."
- On the toolbar located at the top of your browser window, click "Tools" and "Folder Options."
- Click the "File Types" tab. Under "Registered file types," scroll to the "PowerPoint" extension PPT, highlight it, and click the "Advanced" button.
- In the "Edit File Type" box, make sure the "Browse in Same Window," at the bottom of the dialog box, is checked (enabled). Click "OK" at the bottom and return to the browser. Refresh the browser and click the PowerPoint Presentation link.
