Introduction
In this chapter, students have studied the geography, economy, and people of Brazil and the countries that border it. Students will research one of those countries, Paraguay, in more detail in this lesson.

Lesson Description
Students will use information from the CIA World Factbook to research additional facts about Paraguay. They will answer four questions and then create a tourist information sheet.

Instructional Objectives

  1. The student will be able to research information from an Internet source.
  2. The student will be able to create an information sheet on Paraguay with appropriate facts that would be helpful to a tourist.
