3. Symmetrical balance describes when objects on one side of an imaginary center line are the mirror image of can realistically spend. Checklists should include items that are both reasonable and necessary such as bedding and a refrigerator.

4. Window treatments provide privacy and decoration.

5. Remember that while nicer apartments are tempting, you must allow for the amount of money they have.

6. Display a knowledge of the local community and the places you may want to rent. You should also show a cursory knowledge of the other region that you research those on the other side. Asymmetrical balance happens when objects on each side are unmatched but appear balanced.
