It has shaped the way we farm, cook, produce, process, and distribute food throughout history. Technology has also shaped the way we package and transport food, and has led to controversial developments like genetic engineering. Science and technology have worked in tandem to improve the health of our foods as well as the way we prepare them. Because of science and technology, the world of food is constantly evolving.
