Lesson Description
Students will read an interview and answer three questions related to the interviewer's techniques.

Instructional Objective
Students will apply their knowledge of effective interviewing skills to evaluate the techniques used in an actual interview.

  1. Possible answer: Yes, the interviewers asked a lot of questions about Dr. Angelou's background, indicating they had done a lot of research.
  2. Possible answers: “What are your thoughts on President Bush?” “What do you most remember about Dr. King?”
